Kim Osborne

Kim Osborne assists in all aspects of civil and criminal litigation files, including the collection and review of pleadings, transcripts, police files, insurance documents, and other relevant information. She is also available to attend at criminal trials to report on matters in advance of civil litigation.

Ms. Osborne graduated from Durham College's Legal Administration program and has been working as a Law Clerk since 1998. After completing her legal education, she specialized in both plaintiff and defence civil litigation. Kim also has experience with permits for Road Maintenance at Municipal Works Departments.
